Is your jewelry real or costume jewelry?
No, we do not sell costume jewelry. All of our jewelry is real. If any products are lab created or plated with gold and silver it will be fully stated in the item's description. Our jewelry is exquisitely crafted with the finest tools and is sure to make a lovely addition to your jewelry collection.
How do I know your product will be available when I order it?
Chic Ambitions updates our inventory daily and when an item is out of stock. If you do order an item that is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of a refund or an exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
How can I pay you?
We accept payments through Google Checkout and Paypal. Our customers prefer to use Google since you can checkout faster.
Once you click on the "BUY NOW" button from the product page, you will be taken to your shopping cart.
Under the item description and total cost is a "GOOGLE CHECKOUT" button and a "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
If you do not want to use Google Checkout, click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
After you provide the desired shipping info, you have to click on the next "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button at the bottom of the page.
Now you will be able to select the payment
option from the drop-down menu (Paypal or Google Checkout).
Now click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" one last time to view the order summary and place your order.

How do I track my order?
After your shipment leaves the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track your package right to your doorstep.
What about my privacy?
Chic Ambitions fully respects your privacy rights. In order to fulfill transactions we require you to provide certain private information such as your name, address, phone number, and credit card information.
Please be assured that all of your personal data is kept private and confidential. Chic Ambitions does not sell or rent our customers private information to any other organization, person, surveyors or agencies. We also never share customer information with companies that offer other products and services.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Well try to cancel your order, but please remember that our order-fullfillment system has orders shipped out to customers quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are not able to cancel an order that has already entered the shipping process.
If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are still unhappy with your decision, feel free to return it to us according to our return policy.
What if I want to return or exchange an item?
Although we are confident that our jewelry will surpass your expectations, if for some reason you decide to return your purchase, we will refund or exchange unworn/unaltered items in the original state they were received within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Instructions for Returning an Item:
1. Email email@example.com for a return authorization number. Write this number on your original sales slip.
2. Do not alter the package before mailing it.
3. Double box the item and insure it for the full value with a signature upon request.
Acceptable returns include all items in original shipment condition and the jewelry boxes or pouches included in the package.
Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card within 10-20 business days.
Chic Ambitions is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
How is my package shipped?
All orders from Chic Ambitions are shipped via FedEX. Shipments are fully insured, packed and checked before being shipped to you. A signature will be required upon arrival at your address. Delivery is usually 3-7 business days from the date your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping is free on all domestic orders. Due to security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a tracking number for shipment.
If your merchandise was damaged while in transit you must first contact FedEx to fill out a Damage Inspection report and then request that the merchandise be returned to the address listed on the package. Claims for damaged goods or packaging should be reported to us within three business days of delivery.
Do you sell blood diamonds?
No, we do not. Under the Clean Diamond Trade Act that President Bush signed in 2003, all U.S. diamond retailers are required to purchase diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legal channels.

How do I pay through Paypal?
If paying through Paypal and you are not able to complete payment on our website follow these steps:
1. Check the email address that you submitted to Chic Ambitions with your order.
2. In your inbox there should be an email entitled "Order #11324" (This specific order number is for demonstration purposes only).
3. Click on this email and check to make sure that your mailing address and other information is correct.
4. At the bottom of the email you should see a "Pay Now" link. Click on this link in order to complete paying for your order.
